    Description

    The JU-87 dive bomber is certainly one of the most famous airplanes of World War II. This characteristic "inverted gullwing" aircraft became famous early in the war, when Germany had tactical air superiority. Stukas were used as troop support aircraft on the Eastern front, where air superiority and the Stuka allowed Germany to overcome numerical superiority. During the final war period, the plane was used as a night bomber in an attempt to alleviate losses to fighters. Kit features four sets of decals and a fully detailed engine.
