Limited Edition Die-Cast Model
The "Getti Tonanti" (Thunder Jets) were an Italian Air Force aerobatic display team.The team was created in 1959 at Rimini airbase from the 5th Aerobrigata. The team flew F-84F "Thunderstreak" fighters and existed until 1960.
This modelis the aircraft they used during the opening of the Olympic Games in Rome in 1960. It features the team's colour scheme and the Olympic Game's iconic rings on the tail.
