    For 150 years the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS) has been saving people from the sea. They operate nearly fifty vessels, the largest of which is the 46m cruiser Hermann Marwede. Based out of Heligoland, Hermann Marwede is able to extend the group's efforts far out into the treacherous North Sea. Remarkably, the group is funded entirely by private donations-fully independent from any government entity. Kit features one-piece hull, twin bow props and rear tri-props, searchlights, deck details, winch, helicopter deck, crane, display stand, and daughter boat "Verena".
